The ideal candidate has 4+ years in process analysis or operations, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, consulting, or operations management.
• Proven experience implementing process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and document improved process flows using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Design and implement new processes aligned with objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and gain buy-in.
• Train staff on new processes and provide ongoing support during implementation.
• Monitor performance and recommend further enhancements.
