Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis, re-engineering or optimization consulting.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse client teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Map current state processes and identify key areas for improvement and automation.
• Analyze process performance data to quantify inefficiencies and baseline metrics.
• Design future state processes incorporating best practices, technology and organizational changes.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for process redesign including change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and provide necessary training.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of changes and adjust as needed.
