Placements24 is working with a distinguished management consultancy in Pretoria to recruit a meticulous Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement. You will analyze client processes, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined workflows to boost productivity and reduce costs.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN expertise to map processes, analyze data, and drive measurable improvements for diverse clients in the Pretoria region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations consulting.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (Visio, BPMN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients in Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client business processes across functional areas.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or BPR to identify improvement opportunities.
