Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in technical and engineering recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and place engineers and technical specialists.
• Strong client management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with advanced recruitment technologies and CRM systems.
• Leadership potential and the ability to mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for highly technical and engineering roles across industries.
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify niche talent pools.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with engineering and manufacturing clients.
• Provide expert market intelligence to clients on talent challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct candidate assessments, technical interviews, and competency evaluations.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants within the team.
• Negotiate and finalize complex offers to secure placements.
• Drive business development to expand the client base in Vereeniging.
