This senior position requires a deep understanding of the mining sector's talent needs, from operational roles to senior management and executive positions. You will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing complex recruitment projects, and mentoring a team of specialist consultants. This is a critical, office-based role in the heart of Richards Bay , focusing on building and maintaining key industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles within the mining and resources sector, including exploration, extraction, processing, and engineering. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract scarce and specialized talent for mining operations. Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with major mining companies and related organizations. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical interviews and competency evaluations relevant to the industry. Drive business development within the mining and resources sector, identifying new opportunities and securing new client mandates. Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture within the team. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Requirements
