You will be responsible for managing complex recruitment assignments, developing strategic client partnerships, and mentoring junior consultants. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for senior technical, operational, and executive roles within the Mining & Resources sector.

• Proactively source and engage with high-calibre passive candidates using advanced search techniques and networking.


• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical and behavioral interviews, to ensure optimal fit.


• Provide expert market insights and consultancy services to clients on talent acquisition strategies, compensation, and industry trends.


• Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants, fostering their professional development.


• Drive business development efforts to secure new mandates and expand market share in the KwaZulu-Natal region and beyond.


• Ensure the highest standards of candidate experience and service delivery.


• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the Mining & Resources sector.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant recruitment experience, with a strong specialization in the Mining & Resources sector.


• Demonstrated success in recruiting for roles such as Mine Managers, Geologists, Metallurgists, Engineers (various disciplines), and senior operational leaders.


• In-depth knowledge of the South African mining landscape and key players.


• Proven ability to manage complex, senior-level recruitment projects.


• Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
