Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Mining Engineers, Metallurgists, Project Managers, and Senior Technicians.
• Strong understanding of the technical skills, qualifications, and operational demands within these industries.
• Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Proficiency in using advanced recruitment tools, databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
