Lindt & Sprüngli Group is seeking a Chocolate Advisor for its Canal Walk Boutique in Cape Town. The role focuses on delivering a world-class premium experience, educating customers on Lindt products, and driving sales while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering tastings, processing sales, and supporting stock and daily store tasks to ensure a pristine and profitable shop floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environment.
• Ability to upsell and achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency with credit card transactions and point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all store sections and over the phone.
• Greet customers and provide a premium brand experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and tasting profiles; upsell where appropriate.
• Process orders through POS and manage till procedures.
• Assist in stock, stock counts, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain product knowledge, store standards, and hygiene compliance.
