Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years debt collection experience
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Experience in managing debtors accounts and collections processes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to follow policy and prepare files for legal handovers

Responsibilities

• Manage debtors accounts and ensure accurate recording of payments and arrears
• Print and review debtor statements and reconcile balances
• Coordinate with debtors on payment arrangements and suspensions
• Prepare files for legal handovers and liaise with collection agents
• Generate monthly reports and assist with cash flow forecasting and aged debt analysis
