Qualifications

• Min: 3-5 years debt management experience with 1-2 years as a Debtors Controller.
• Ideal: Understanding of financial ERP systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting discipline is required.
• Honours in Finance/Accounting discipline is preferred.
• Certificate in Credit control is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control Mintek's debtors accounts to ensure timely collection and accurate customer data.
• Oversee credit limits, risk assessments, and compliance with the Credit Control Policy.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and optimize collections.
• Monitor month-end debtors, aging analysis, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute debtors reports and provide insights on trends and risks.
• Supervise Debtors Controllers and ensure adherence to procedures.
