- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly ageing and collection reports, monthly debtor movement reports, expected receipts forecasts, high-risk debtor reports and bad debt write-off movement reports, providing meaningful analysis and recommended corrective actions.
- Credit Control & Risk Management: Monitor payment terms, identify potential bad debts, implement collection procedures and ensure that credit notes, adjustments, settlement discounts and write-offs are appropriately authorised.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional client relationships while managing sensitive collection matters, resolving invoice queries and escalating unresolved disputes where necessary.
- Month-End & Year-End: Assist with debtor reconciliations, financial reporting, doubtful debt assessments and audit preparation, ensuring that debtor records remain accurate and up to date.
