Outsource X is seeking a Portuguese‑speaking Customer Support Agent to serve our UK‑based SaaS client from Somerset West, Western Cape. You will be the first point of contact for supply and demand inquiries, providing clear communication, empathy, and timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer support, fluency in Portuguese at C1/C2 and English at B2, and comfort working in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• Experience in a multinational environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client contacts and escalations with empathy and proactive solutions.
• Process service requests within specified delivery times.
• Update and maintain client details in the stakeholder database.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
