Job summary

Kabstrading Co. is seeking a diligent Porter to ensure the highest standard of hospitality for guests in our lobby. You will promptly assist guests with their luggage and help maintain a welcoming front-of-house environment.

You will also be responsible for the collection and distribution of post and parcels, and for keeping the lobby and forecourt areas clean and tidy at all times, presenting a neat and courteous image to visitors.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Hands-on problem solving and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly, courteous and service-oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Excellent communication with staff and guests.
• Honest and trustworthy with great attention to detail.

He/She will ensure the highest standard of hospitality, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. In addition, the Porter will assist guests with their luggage. He/She will also be responsible for the collection and distribution of post, parcels. He/She will ensure the lobby and forecourt areas are always clean and tidy.
