Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join the Upington team. The role demands developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and display networks to hit CAC, ROAS, and conversion targets.

You will monitor performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with content and design teams to craft strong ad copy and visuals. A strong grasp of SEO/SEM and analytics is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
