You will prepare dashboards for compensation cycles, performance reviews, and employee surveys, and collaborate with the HRIS and global People teams to optimize the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS experience, preferably Workday.
• Experience in payroll input validation and data reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for People system queries and training.
• Oversee Workday workflows, integrations, and data quality.
• Manage payroll input validation and documentation.
