Role focuses on IT support for Workday and Payspace, providing Tier 1 and 2 support, testing new features, data integrity, training end users, and collaborating with HR, Payroll and IT to optimize system usage.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HRIS or application support experience.
• Experience with the Workday platform.
• Familiar with HR processes: recruitment, payroll, compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Workday modules.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback.
• Assist in user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
• Support data integrity and audits.
