Job summary

LMP RECRUIT is seeking a seasoned Parts Manager in Pretoria to lead and grow the parts department. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of Parts Manager experience within a dealership, with strong skills in leadership, customer relations, and stock control.

You will oversee inventory, drive sales targets, and ensure OEM compliance while delivering excellent service to both internal and external clients. A proactive, cost-conscious trait is essential.

• Dealership experience is essential.
• Proficient with Autoline and MS Office.
• Strong management, administrative and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Parts department efficiently and profitably.
• Oversee stock and inventory control, including OEM compliance.
• Achieve parts sales and set targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Parts team.
• Accurate reporting and KPI achievement.
• Implement cost controls and processes.
