Morgan Industries Limited in Mpumalanga is seeking a Parts Manager who will drive the profitability of the Parts Department, ensure dealer and manufacturer targets are met, and maintain tight control over inventory. The role requires strong leadership and operational focus to optimise stock levels and prevent loss.

You will oversee stock takes, manage cash flow, and lead a team to achieve high performance. Travel to distributors, fleet owners and trade outlets to promote parts and accessories

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 certificate is required.
• Minimum of 1 year managerial experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' parts experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Clear criminal record.
• Computer literate.

Aufgaben

• Monitor stock levels daily to ensure relevant manufacturer stock levels are maintained.
• Manage cash outstanding on a daily basis.
• Manage and actively clear out aged stock.
• Conduct stock takes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Ensure Parts Sales Target and Profitability are met.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
• Manage Team for High Performance Culture.
• To visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets and shops to sell parts and accessories
• To ensure all exchange items are returned.
• To ensure company discount structure is properly applied.
• To care for company property and ensure economic use e.g. car/delivery van.

Main Purpose of Job
