Exclusively Remote is seeking a friendly, organized Part Time Recruitment Sales Consultant (20 hours/week) to support two US-focused businesses. Work hours start after 5pm SA time, with roughly 10 hours per business.

You will contact therapists, onboard them, and engage vendors, guiding both sides through onboarding with a focus on service rather than hard selling. The role requires a professional phone demeanor, strong organizational skills, and reliable availability during US business hours.

• Guide candidates through onboarding in a supportive, non-sales manner.
• Reach out to business owners and vendors to expand online presence.
• Explain benefits and help vendors get started.
• Conduct follow-up conversations and assist with onboarding.
