Job summary

ISTA Personnel Solutions is recruiting a Maternity Leave Contract role for an Intake & Recruitment Coordinator to support a US client in ABA therapy. This is a fully remote position split across intake management and recruitment support, with a sales-minded, people-focused approach and strong organization.

You will handle onboarding, candidate screening, job postings, interview scheduling, and stakeholder communications while staying productive across two connected functions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organised and able to manage two functions simultaneously.
• Sales-minded when presenting roles to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake for new families and clients and record accurate data.
• Coordinate onboarding steps and handover with operations.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; post adverts.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communications.
• Foster positive relationships with families, therapists, and candidates.
