Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement in a remote-first setup. You will work with a distributed team to serve a diverse client base, ensuring efficient processes and strong candidate experiences while meeting placement targets.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of recruitment experience, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to work autonomously using ATS/CRM tools in a remote environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy
• Strong communication skills for remote interaction
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time in a remote setting
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies including ATS/CRM tools

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles
• Proactively source candidates via digital tools and networking
• Screen and interview candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate remotely to understand hiring needs and objectives
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies for diverse markets
• Maintain ATS records and provide market insights to clients
• Deliver high candidate experience and meet placement targets
