Remotee is seeking an SDR to join our Australia-based business part-time, primarily talking to recruitment agencies. You will generate outbound activity across phone, LinkedIn, email, and CRM leads, with a strong emphasis on 300–500 calls weekly and around 20 live conversations daily.

You’ll work directly with the Founder/Director and have a path to full-time hours and greater responsibility based on performance. A high-volume, sales-driven environment offers significant earning upside.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote or offshore resourcing for US, UK or Australian clients.
• Agency recruitment experience.
• Comfortable with high call volume: 300–500+ calls a week and around 20 connects a day.
• A sales mindset: confident, persistent and motivated by targets and commission.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working on your own in a remote setup with clear activity and sales targets.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. South African time consistently.

Responsabilités

• Make 300–500+ outbound calls each week to recruitment agencies, aiming for around 20 connects a day.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists of agency owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up by LinkedIn, email and direct message to keep conversations moving.
• Keep up an active LinkedIn presence under the company's branding by posting, engaging and starting conversations.
• Follow up on warm leads in the CRM quickly and consistently.
• Qualify opportunities and book quality sales meetings for the Founder/Director.
• Keep CRM data and notes accurate and up to date.
