Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their established virtual team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse clients from sourcing to placement, enjoying complete flexibility to work from anywhere and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will source, screen, interview, and place top talent, build client relationships, and drive growth autonomously using modern ATS and CRM tools in a supportive, collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment consultancy.
• Proven ability to run a full recruitment desk autonomously.
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills with strong interview technique.
• Proficiency with ATS and online recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and online presence.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-driven in remote work.

Responsibilities
