Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the client narrative during discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for budget allocation, optimization, and measurement. You will communicate clearly with US-based clients on live calls as the strategic voice at the table.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill campaigns.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Lead 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; narrate performance and strategy on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
