Blacksmith Agency, a dynamic AI-first digital agency, seeks a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and the roadmap, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and manage attribution via GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels. This role is remote with clients in Canada, the USA, and South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers behind outcomes.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
