Time Personnel is seeking an Outbound Internal Sales Development Executive to join our Cape Town office in Pinelands. You will target UK retailers, installers, contractors, restaurants and hotels, driving signups and ongoing partnerships.

Requirements include 2–3 years of B2B phone sales, a confident English speaker, and a proven hunter mentality. Expect 80–100 calls daily with CRM usage and a drive to convert opportunities into revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B phone sales experience.
• Clear and confident spoken English is essential.
• Result-driven hunter with ability to identify lucrative opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Call UK retailers, installers, contractors, restaurants and hotels from lead lists and source new ones.
• Explain the partner programme and sign them up.
• Log every call, outcome and callback in CRM the same day.
• Follow up with partners to provide assistance and grow orders.
• Manage trade accounts and issue orders or cards when needed.
