This full‑time remote position requires 2+ years in appointment setting or telesales, excellent English, a confident phone presence, and strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in appointment setting, telesales, SDR, BDM, or outbound cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• A natural, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Prior experience interacting with business owners and executive decision-makers.
• Strong capabilities in building rapport and managing objections effectively.
• Comfort and confidence in conducting high-volume outbound phone calls.
• High standards of CRM maintenance and organized follow-up discipline.
• The capability to operate autonomously during UK business operating hours.
• Experience in B2B service sales, commercial cleaning, property maintenance, facilities management, or trade services is advantageous.

Responsibilities
