Isilumko Staffing invites a senior organisational development leader to drive strategy and transformational initiatives within the healthcare sector. You will shape regional OD agendas, lead talent management and succession planning, and oversee change initiatives aligned with business goals.

The role requires extensive experience in strategy development, change management, and performance improvement, with a focus on organisational design and workforce planning in a public health context.
