Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Over 6 years in operations management or operational excellence roles.
• Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring sustainable results.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Conduct regular audits of processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on improvement methodologies and tools.
