Responsibilities

• Assess operational processes, workflows, and resource use to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies using lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Lead projects to boost productivity and reduce waste while improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with managers and frontline staff for adoption and sustainability of changes.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact of improvements.
• Document optimized processes and procedures.
