Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an operations engineering or similar role, focusing on process optimization.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
• Design and implement new operational processes, systems, and technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and manage project plans for operational improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Collaborate with department heads and operational staff to implement changes and ensure buy-in and adoption.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational efficiency and identify areas for further optimization.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed operational changes and new systems.
