Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–3 years' demonstrable experience in a shipping environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid Code B driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations between packhouses, cold stores and third-party service providers.
• Prepare stock allocations and loading instructions.
• Track shipments and monitor vessel departure and arrival schedules.
• Follow up on shipment plans and communicate progress to customers and the Commercial team.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues relating to stock allocation and loadouts.
• Review and verify logistics costs and invoices.
• Support commercial and administrative processes across the export chain.

Our client is a citrus growing and export company, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations / Supply Chain Coordinator to manage stock flow, shipment planning, logistics coordination and export administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics operations between packhouses, cold stores and third-party service providers.

• Prepare stock allocations and loading instructions.

• Track shipments and monitor vessel departure and arrival schedules.
