Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality seeks a hands-on leader to oversee operations across multiple camps in a remote reserve. You will balance guest experience, staff leadership, and financial oversight while upholding the group's standards and sustainable practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality, including 2+ years in a managerial role at a 5-star lodge or hotel, excellent budgeting skills, and proficiency with hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

This is a hands on leadership role for a couple who thrives managing multiple properties at once, balancing guest experience, staff leadership, and financial oversight in a remote, conservation focused setting.

Core Criteria

• Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality, including at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 5 star lodge or hotel
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with confidence managing budgets and SOPs
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Calm and solutions driven, with a genuine passion for high standards
• Comfortable working across multiple properties in a remote reserve environment

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and service quality across all camps
• Lead, mentor, and manage hospitality teams
• Manage front of house and beverage budgets, along with supplier relations
• Ensure SOP compliance and consistently high guest experience standards

• Support the reserve's broader conservation and sustainability values

• Salary: R30,000 to R35,000 per month
