Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager Senior Guide to lead daily operations across multiple camps in Graaff-Reinet. This hands-on, guest‑centric role requires strong financial oversight, staff leadership, and implementation of SOPs, while upholding the reserve’s conservation values.

You will mentor hospitality teams, manage front‑of‑house and beverage budgets, ensure service excellence, and foster collaboration across departments in a remote, live‑in setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 5 star lodge or hotel.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with budgets and SOPs.
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Experience working across multiple properties in a remote reserve environments.

Responsibilities

• Strong financial and operational acumen, with confidence managing budgets and SOPs
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Calm and solutions driven, with a genuine passion for high standards
• Comfortable working across multiple properties in a remote reserve environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and service quality across all camps
• Lead, mentor, and manage hospitality teams
• Manage front of house and beverage budgets, along with supplier relations
• Ensure SOP compliance and consistently high guest experience standards
• Foster collaboration between departments
• Support the reserve's broader conservation and sustainability values

On Offer:

• Salary: R30,000 to R35,000 per month
