Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a hands-on leader to manage multiple remote camps in a conservation setting. You will balance guest experience, staff leadership, and financial oversight to maintain high standards and SOP compliance.

You will oversee daily operations across all camps, mentor hospitality teams, manage front-of-house and beverage budgets, coordinate supplier relations, and drive cross‑department collaboration while advancing sustainability values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 5 star lodge or hotel.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and SOPs.
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Calm and solutions driven, with a genuine passion for high standards.
• Comfortable working across multiple properties in a remote reserve environment.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable working across multiple properties in a remote reserve environment
