Placements24 is seeking a proactive Operations Improvement Consultant in Bloemfontein to analyze clients’ processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions that boost productivity and reduce costs. You will work directly with client teams to ensure sustainable operational excellence and measurable results across industries in the Free State region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or related field.
• 2-4 years of operations consulting or process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or related frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operations to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Develop and implement process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Design and optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and service processes.
• Assist clients in implementing new procedures and technologies.
• Measure impact using KPIs like efficiency and cost reduction.
• Train client staff on new processes and best practices.
