You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, develop KPIs, manage projects and stakeholder relationships, and present recommendations to client leadership for sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA/Eng/OM).
• Minimum 5 years in business process analysis or consulting.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering client-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across functions.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Develop detailed process maps, identify KPIs, and establish tracking metrics for improvements.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure adoption of new processes by client teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client relationships with high satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to client leadership.
