You will lead project teams, mentor client staff, and deliver measurable results through rigorous analysis and practical implementation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management or operations consulting.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operational processes across manufacturing, service delivery, and supply chain.
• Identify areas for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in client operations.
• Lead project teams to execute operational improvement initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.
• Train and mentor client teams on best practices for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
