In this client-facing role, you will work hands-on with client teams to implement changes using Lean and Six Sigma, track KPIs, and deliver measurable performance gains across the North West region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in business process analysis or operational consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Excellent documentation and client engagement skills in Klerksdorp.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for cost savings within client operations.
• Develop and document optimized process flows and SOPs.
• Implement process improvements and manage change initiatives.
• Measure and report on the impact of changes against defined KPIs.
