You will lead diagnostics, design optimized processes, map current and future states, and support implementation with change management and training to deliver measurable benefits for Limpopo-based organisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, operational consulting, or change management.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize and map complex processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and client management skills.
• Experience working with diverse industries and business functions within Polokwane and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on identifying and analyzing operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and re-engineer business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
• Develop process maps, standard operating procedures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support clients in the implementation of process changes, including change management and training.
• Quantify the benefits of process improvements and track performance against established metrics.
