Job summary

You will analyze complex operational challenges, design practical solutions, and guide client teams through implementation and training to achieve sustained results, building expertise in operational strategy within the Free State.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field are required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to model operational data.
• Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations, supply chains, and manufacturing processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
• Develop and implement strategies for lean management, Six Sigma, and other operational improvement methodologies.
• Design optimized workflows, organizational structures, and performance metrics.
• Guide clients through the implementation of operational changes, ensuring effective execution and sustained results.
• Train client teams on new processes and operational best practices.
