Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant for a Port Elizabeth client. You will optimize operational processes, boost efficiency, reduce costs, and drive productivity across production and service environments.

The role requires lean and Six Sigma expertise, with 6+ years in operations consulting. You will map value streams, design improvements, and coach client teams to sustain performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operational processes, supply chains, and production systems to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize process mapping, value stream analysis, and other methodologies to redesign workflows.
• Manage implementation projects, ensuring successful integration of new operational procedures.
• Provide training and coaching to client teams on new operational standards and methodologies.
