Job summary

Vine Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations professional to provide day-to-day support for clients, agents and payroll services in Paarl. The role focuses on onboarding, documentation, contracts and training while maintaining strong client and agent relationships and accurate payroll processing.

You will manage commissions, reporting, and weekly reconciliations, oversee card distribution and inventory, and generate insightful operational reports.

Qualifications

• BCom degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, client services, financial services or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational and process management.
• Experience with payroll administration and financial reconciliations.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support for clients, agents and payroll services.
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, contracts and training.
• Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships.
• Handle agent commission calculations, payments and reporting.
• Oversee payroll payments, corrections, queries and weekly reconciliations.
• Manage card distribution, stock and inventory records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and analyse trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure operational procedures, records and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Provide operational support and reporting to senior management.
