Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced operations professional in Paarl to manage onboarding, payroll administration, commissions, stock and reporting. You will be the primary contact for clients and agents, ensuring accurate and on-time operational processes across several functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, client services or financial services
• Experience across multiple operational functions including client relationships
• Payroll administration and financial reconciliation experience
• Strong process management, reporting and MS Office skills
• Advanced Excel is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients and agents
• Run end-to-end onboarding, including documentation and training
• Build client and agent relationships and spot growth opportunities
• Calculate commissions, process payments, and handle queries
• Process payroll and perform reconciliations

Ifthe operation is quiet, it is because someone is already on it. Clients haveanswers, new accounts are onboarded cleanly, agents are paid, and the numbersreconcile. This role is that someone. You will be the operational contact forclients and agents, and you will keep onboarding, payroll administration,commissions, stock and reporting accurate and on time.

Itsuits someone commercially aware, highly organized, and comfortable acrossseveral functions at once. Customer service, financial administration andprocess control sit in the same seat.

What you will do:

• Actas the primary contact for clients and agents, and resolve queries withinagreed service levels
• Runend-to-end onboarding, including documentation, contracts, training and producteducation
• Buildclient and agent relationships, and spot opportunities to retain and growaccounts
• Calculatecommissions, process payments, and clear commission queries
• Processpayroll once funding is confirmed, including corrections, statements andreconciliations
• Monitorstock, inventory and client materials
• Produceweekly and monthly operational reports, and give management a clear view ofwhat is working
• Tightenprocedures, user guides and workflows so the operation gets cleaner over time

Requirements

What you need:

• Atleast 5 years in operations, client services, financial services or a relatedenvironment
• Experienceacross more than one operational function, including client relationships andstakeholder engagement
• Payrolladministration and financial reconciliation experience
• Strongprocess management, reporting and Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel is anadvantage
• Highattention to detail, commercial sense, and the ability to hold severaldeadlines at once
