Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum 4 years in office automation or field service.

• Comfort using manuals to troubleshoot in low-support areas.

Responsibilities

• Servicing client devices onsite.
• Troubleshoot client devices and software.
• Provide IT-related troubleshooting and firmware installation.

• Perform PM services to reduce client failures.
• Ensure calls are completed within SLA.
• Update firmware and maintain device health.
• Manage boot stock of toners and spares; submit job sheets.
• Ensure accuracy of boot stock; perform monthly stock checks.
• Operate the mobile app (Tech Connect).
