Deal met PCB‑herstel en nuwe tegnieke via intranet, met gereelde opleiding en interne bronne. 'n Beskikbare motor en selfoord en telefoonword vir zakelijke gebruik voorsien.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Experience with large format printers and related equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel around Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and occasionally Mozambique/Swaziland.
• Willing to learn new techniques via intranet resources and internal materials.

• Stuurvia afstandsondersteuning aan kliënte vir eenvoudige probleme via telefoon.
• Onsite herbou van masjiene wat na die werkplaats gebring is.
• Elektroniese PCB-herstellings (opleiding en toerusting word verskaf).
• Leer voortdurend nuwe tegnieke en inligting oor produkte via ons intranet-portal en interne bronne.
• Bied ondersteuning aan kollegas.
• Woon jaarlikse signs en roadshows by van tyd tot tyd.

Job description

Location: Pretoria

Salary: R15,000

Overview- must be fully conversational in Afrikaans

Responsible for managing the quality of service delivered to customers, assisting and managing coverage in the relative region. A proactive, customer-service-minded person is required, with a good understanding of service delivery, customer service, time management and planning.

Car and company cell with be provided, Working hours are Monday to Friday 07h30 till 17h00

Drivers license and own transport essential

Full training will be provided as well as a certificate on behalf of the brand when they reach a certain level.

The list of machinery that’s gets sold and repaired is below:

• Large format printers
• Vinyl cutters
• Engraving Machine
• Dental Milling machines
• Laser Decoraters
• Urethane Resin dispensing machines

Key Responsibilities:

• Install machines as per installation procedures provided by the company
• Mobile repair technician going out daily to do repairs of equipment and or Roland software on customers computers in and around Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and sometimes Mozambique / Swaziland.
• Remote support, helping clients with easy to solve problems over the phone
• Onsite rebuilds of machines brought into workshop
• Electronic PCB repairs (training and equipment will be provided)
• Learning new techniques and information about new products and software on an ongoing basis from our intranet portal as well as internal resources we have.
• Providing support to co workers.
• Attending annual sign show and road shows from time to time.

• Working hours Monday to Friday
• Code C (old Code 10) license will be handy
• Good PC knowledge will be handy
• Corel Draw experience will be handy
• Cell phone will be provided for business use
• Company car will be provided for business use
• All tools and equipment required will be provided by the company as well as branded shirts and jacket etc.
