Ability to meet Next Business Day SLA and work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 onsite IT support and dispatch-based technical assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve printer-related problems.
Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
Respond to service requests in accordance with the NBD SLA.
Complete onsite visits based on required service duration (2-hour, half-day, full-day).
