BRILLIANT COMPUTERS CITADEL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is seeking an on-site Network Hands & Feet Support engineer to assist remote technicians with physical access, device checks and basic configuration at client sites.

You will perform rack & stack, cabling, and basic network validation while following approved runbooks and reporting status back to the Remote Support Team. 2+ years in enterprise networking and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT/Networking.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work onsite.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical onsite assistance to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
• Connect to network devices and coordinate with Remote Support Team as instructed.
• Rack mounting/unmounting and cabling to professional standards.
• Follow runbooks and perform basic checks as instructed (LEDs, links, cabling).
