Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Ability to follow technical instructions accurately and work within documented procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite assistance to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
Connect to network devices via console and perform basic configuration as instructed by Remote Support Team.
Rack mounting/unmounting of devices and professional cabling per site rules and safety practices.
Coordinate with Remote Support Team for post-install verification and reporting.
