BRILLIANT COMPUTERS CITADEL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Network Hands & Feet Support specialist to assist onsite and enable remote troubleshooting for enterprise networks. You will connect to devices, open racks, and follow approved runbooks while ensuring physical integrity and safety.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewalls, and the ability to travel to customer sites. Certificates in safety and ITIL familiarity are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Experience with console connections and network device installation.
• Familiarity with structured cabling and patch panels.
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately and work within documented procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites and travel when required.
• Working at Heights Training Certificate and Medical Fitness Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite assistance to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
• Connect to network devices and follow runbooks as instructed by Remote Support Team.
• Provide physical access support (rack opening, locating ports, power cycling).
• Perform visual verification and reporting of LED/status conditions.
• Rack mounting/unmounting and patching cables per site rules.
• Coordinate with Remote Support Team for post-install verification.
• Perform basic configuration actions as instructed, e.g., IP/VLAN setup.
